"I am so extremely disappointed with my purchase through this company. Most people i dealt with were lovely and helpful. However, my contracts were exchanged without conditions being put in. We met with Chrystal and talked about what we wanted in the contract, trusting that this would be the case. Contracts were exchanged and upon final inspection the day before settlement we learned that what we requested hadn't been done. When I approached Chrystal she advised this would be chased up and rectified. She then advised the next day that she was still following up and assured that it would be done. Settlement took place (after being delayed 4 hours due to her being unorganized) without the conditions listed. I have since called twice and emailed her directly twice with out any response at all. I will never use Chrystal or recommend her again. We were left out of pocket and upset in what should be such a happy time."
