"I had eyelid surgery done a few months ago, and I feel that I picked the right place to have it done. It's one of the best surgeries I have ever had done, and it's made a huge difference to my face and appearance. I am so happy with the results and couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. No more loose skin and bulges over my eyelids, as I could pinch alot of fat and skin previously. Now it's tight and firm and a very beautiful shape. I been told I even look different and I have had so many compliments on it. The doctor was always willing to listen and hear my concerns when I would talk to him., And always give back good advice and took the time out to communicate everything. I even managed to give up some bad health habits to improve my overall well-being and lots more. The staff made me feel safe and looked after from beginning to end, and during surgery. "My experience here was nothing short of horrendous. Although Dr Verma and staff were polite whilst in consultation. The aftercare and medical professionalism was left wanting. After being refused surgery for a vasectomy, I had tried calling to have a phone consult to find out why, I was told 5 times I would be called back. All times I have been ignored. I am now feeling anxious and unsure about if I should get one as I have had no follow up to explain if there is medical reason or not that should prevent me from proceeding with the operation. I have since been left feeling insecure, deceived and vulnerable due to a lack of understanding, empathy and patient care from a highly recommended Doctor."
