"Had a failed battery. Managed to crawl to Bursons Maitland. I had my bonnet up and my battery sitting on the ground at 7.30. At 7.39 a young bloke showed up in Bursons clothes. I said that I know you are not open but can you help me out? Answer was.. he needs to turn computers on and that I need to wait until 8 for opening. Two other employees drove past me. Didn't come out to tell me they were open. When I walked in 3 people twiddling their thumbs. It is un Australian to help our someone in trouble. So my shop opened late because of uncaring attitude. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Never go back."
