"I recently moved to Mayfield so decided to transfer my scripts (2 that need to be refrigerated) from the Charlestown store. I totally regret doing this. What terrible pharmacy customer service. Just difficult, not helpful, disorganised (have had to place a few phone calls to just follow up a simple email request from my Specialist). I'll be transferring to another chemist - it's disappointing - I've always used Chemist Warehouse as I have found them to be caring, helpful and considerate. Not the case for this store."

"Generally, the staff here are friendly and helpful. Except when there was a problem today with a lack of stock of one of my scripts and I was asking how I could get around the problem the pharmacist in charge very rudely barked at me about having to go back to my doctor to get a new script and that they cannot change scripts even if it’s to offer two separate identical doses in separate pills that are usually combined in to one pill. Due to this unpleasant encounter, I decided to retrieve all my prescriptions and transferred them to another pharmacy where they had no issues addressing the matter of modifying the prescriptions."

"Watch the pricing in this place! It's often much more expensive than the Hamilton store on Beaumont Street because they don't update shelf prices. I questioned the price on something today and the response was 'if you can prove Hamilton is cheaper, we'll price match'. Who has time to run between businesses comparing prices! Don't trust pricing at this store. Management are taking advantage of the goodwill of locals."
