"After ordering what we thought was the perfect sized modular sofa we were horrified to realise that it really needed to be longer on one side. Thinking that we would have to live with our mistake I rang Plush Newcastle to see if any solution was available. The staff reminded me that they have a "Change of Heart" policy if you are not completely happy with your sofa. For the cost of around $100 freight, the first sofa was collected within 3 days and a completely new one ordered with the additional module that it needed.
