"Sales people at store are great, delivery crew great but since we took ownership of our sofa we’ve had issues and dealing with customer care is an absolute horrible experience. Our prestige leather sofa after just a few weeks started to bag out at the seams, our charge tables attached to sofa stopped working within few weeks and the prestige leather scratches so easily which we were assured would not happen! To spend this kind of money and have this kind of customer service afterwards is so frustrating. We are going on now 2 months and no further ahead with a resolution for our sofa. Really think long and hard before you proceed purchasing things from here as you will get zero service if you have issues with your product after delivery."
