"Husband ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to our home. Told the staff member the receipt had the wrong colour. She was adamant it was correct. Wrong colour delivered. Then it became a mess trying to track the shoe. Majority of staff are clueless. Won't be going there again."
"Terrible customer service. me and my wife walked in to Westfield kotara shop on Wednesday 11/11 and the girl there looked at us directly and just completely ignored us and kept talking to the other staff member. I even smiled to her but I got absolutely nothing from her side. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. Seriously sketchers in Newcastle you won’t survive without customer service. I was there to spend so much money, but no way I will with that level of service... I prefer taking my business elsewhere."

Finally brings a pair of shoes to try and then disappeared again!! Pick up your game guys. My Husband was interested in a shoe and so was my son = 3 sales but we left with NOTHING.
