"Ordered on Sunday. Realised the next morning we forgot to order balls and other things. Wrote them an email on Monday. Melbourne store got back to us straight away and said someone from Newcastle store will be in touch. Public holiday on Tuesday. Someone did get back to us on Wednesday. Added extras then got the parcel upgraded to Express. Received on Thursday. Reviews about online service wasn't the best but we found them to be very helpful and quick. The only thing we didn't get was the updated invoice but no biggie. Relieved to have everything on time for practice and game even with a public holiday in the middle of the week."
