"We have booked two parties today one for my child and one for my niece.Both parties were super disorganized. The poor teenager who was looking after the parties was stressed to the eye balls trying to be so helpful but When it was time for the food she did not have enough food to prepare so we had kids not have food as there wasn't enough to go around.This party was booked many weeks in advance.The receptionist could not care less,she ordered the wrong amount of pizza and type of pizza too. The park area has definitely hygiene issues ! the quality of the food compared to the amount we pay per child is not acceptable with hot dogs the worst ever quality.And if you see the kitchen that it was prepared you would definitely have a fit is all I can say ! very poor management"

"Mostly related to the age of approximately 13+ due to some of the obstacle challenges. There is a cafe and gym on site as well as Free and undercover parking just out the front or street parking."
"Tons of things for kids to swing from, climb on, run up and fall off here. Security doors to get into area, parents can go in to supervise, party area outside of playing area for birthday's and parents can view kids playing from there. 2 hours play time slots."
