"Scenic Can you please explain why my refund has not been processed. It has well exceeded the 90 days that the refund was promised within. I cannot understand the delay and would like an explanation and also the promised transfer of the $2000 you owe me since you cancelled my cruise back in May."
"Im disappointed with scenic tours my mother has just paid a $1000.00 deposit for a planed trip 14 months away, unfortunately had to cancel The travel agent said scenic refused to refund the $1000. I thought it was mandatory that there is a cooling off period of around 7days and that it is against the law not to offer one, my mother had notified the agent after 6 days. If its not the law, you would think it was in the best interest of scenic tours to act in a decent manner considering the $23000 price tag and the fact that there would be no problem filling the last single spot on the tour."
