"Firstly the actual tour to Canada was wonderful. It was well planned and our guide was exceptional. The hotels overall were very comfortable and also in great locations for access to sights etc. my 3 stars is for the terrible lack of communication with the company before the tour. I must have called them at least 20 times trying to sort out a cabin upgrade for the cruise component. When you call you wait usually an hour or so only to talk to someone who has no information on your previous requests and is no help to you. This was all both stressful and time consuming for me. Also don’t believe the prices they advertise in the brochures as every request for something specific like a balcony cabin cost a lot more than the price quoted. Just be wary if you are booking a tour with them."

"A company full of liars and false promises. Paid $15,000 for a tour that THEY CANCELED two days later VIA EMAIL, with NO LEGITIMATE REASON. Now, I have spent HOURS on the phone to them to refund my money…and they won’t. They are more than happy to take all your money but won’t give it back when they are at fault. Disgraceful company full of dishonest thieves. Take my advice - DO NOT invest a cent of your time nor money in this company. About at all costs."

"Disgraceful company dishonest thieves. They took my $2000 deposit for a Mekong river cruise and then cancelled it and won’t refund the deposit. I had booked flights and accommodation either side of the cruise and they have stuffed everything up. It seems I’m not alone. Beware and avoid at all costs."

"A company full of liars and false promises, will take over an hour to take your call, are more than happy to take all your money but be warned you will never get it back should a natural event like covid prevent and cancel all travelling. Take my advice, do not invest a cent of your time nor money in this company that is clearly merely focused on taking your money"

"Their brochure clear on policy if passengers want to cancel. Their no refund under any circumstances is buried in the finest print. This is contrary to common business law!! Future passengers should pay only a booking fee with the balance paid on boarding!!"
