"I would come here to this store and look around more frequently if they actually had kids sized shoes and didn’t cost a arm and a leg to buy shoes , I come in a couple of times to see what they had but unfortunately nothing to fit myself this store is mostly for rich people who can afford to buy stuff whenever they want , Thankfully we haven’t delt with any actual rude staff members they were friendly and helpful when we come in once or twice previously. "I have visited this store twice in the past week and have been very disappointed with the service. Staff appear disinterested and un-willing to help. It felt like a large inconvenience to ask to try on a different style and no help/ advice was offered from any staff during my visit."
"I'm just going to get to the point: Kotara store needs to employ people who want to be there and help their customers. I have walked out three times now disgusted by the unhelpful, self important sales staff. The young girls "working" (a term I use loosely here) Saturday 29th May, were more interested in talking to each other and doing their hair in the mirror than helping. I don't know if you have a dress code but if you do they may need to read it. Short lounge shorts and an eighties throwback street wear are not what I would consider appropriate for a retail shop. Lazy, rude and disinterested is how I would describe the staff of late. Very disappointed. Kotara you have lost my business."
