"This comment isn't just for this shop, but Rivers in general. I used to love their shops. Good quality clothes and a good range. But over the years their stock levels have dropped and the lines reduced. It feels like unless you're a middle aged woman there's no point in shopping there. And god help you if you're a bigger size than "normal". It's really disappointing."
"Today I observed terrible customer service in the store from 2 staff members. I wouldn’t normally write a review but the staff treated 2 elderly customers terribly. They were both on their phones and it was clearly an inconvenience to serve them, in this day and age customer service is important, not to mention respect for the elderly."
