"The staff here have been amazing looking after our girls. Scout and Lolly have come home happy and very tired. It was great getting the videos and seeing them enjoying themselves with wagging tails and happy noises. The pick up and drop off were a bonus and the report was fun to receive. We appreciate how good at communicating the staff are. They are quick at responding and returning our calls if missed and letting us know answers to all our questions and filling us in on how things went. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And the girls will be back again for another holiday soon"

They were both really well cared for and given lots of individual attention and cuddles. Daily videos received on our email were a great way of letting us know they were okay and allayed our fears that they might miss us."

"Absolutely the best kennel we have ever used for our dogs. Excellent customer service, the staff really care, go above and beyond and then some. We always received updates daily (video) and were phoned if there was any question or concern - for example, one of dogs weighed less than she did the last visit. The team helped me with vet coordination and also interstate relocation - which was unexpected and incredibly helpful. We really couldn't have done it without their assistance. They are professional, personable and caring. We can't rate them highly enough."
