Reviews of Toronto Pet & Produce
"Excellent service and price. Was able to find food and water containers for cage that we couldn't find elsewhere."
"Great location, easy access and fantastic range. Amazing parrot mix - our ringneck and tiels love their feed."
"My mother has been purchasing produce from this store since before it’s transition to new owners. She went in recently and an exceptionally rude young man refused to speak when spoken to multiple times and when he finally stopped being rude and glaring at her then said he was refusing to serve her because he 'didn’t like that she had a mask on‘. Go somewhere else."
"An awesome store with great staff. Also a very successful transistion between owners. I have never felt that the staff did not listen to my requests or provide me with the needs for my animals. An exceptional business. Definately a long-term customer."
"I bought a budgie from this shop and after a week I noticed that he was developing a white scale on his beak. I took a photo of the scale and returned to the pet shop to show the woman there , I suggested it is some type of mite she then laughed and said it's only scaley face and that he will remove it himself by scratching it off on his timber perch. It has been several weeks since then and after much research have discovered that scaley face is indeed a mite that burrows into the beak a sere. My budgie now has crusts all over and on the sides of his beak making it difficult for him to eat and of course he is very uncomfortable because of the constant scratching. This is the first budgie that I have owned so I believed what I was told. I'm very disappointed in the store and will never shop there again."
