"1. Mould all in the shower and in part on the ceiling. 2.Sat on the chair, fell off and hit my head on the desk (not a great start). The chair was not attached to the base, all screw missing. So note to guests, check that the furniture is in one piece before you use it so you don't injure yourself. 3. Other than generally run down, it is relatively clean."

"Worst place ever. Dingy entrance with cobwebs... so uninviting. Chipped furniture, stained carpets and it's in need of a renovation. Dirty dishes in the carboard. The bed had a sheet of foam for a mattress and the pillows were so flat 4 put together would make 1 normal pillow. 1 star rating was 1 too many The phone operator was so rude when I made enquiries. Negative experience all round. Would not recommend at all"

"Kind of putrid. Stained, grubby, foul smelling. No parking. Also, witnessed a drug deal and a some people using drugs on the adjacent footpath. Good amenities, except for the bed. Much more like backpackers and not at all worth the Saturday night rate."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! My partner and I booked for two nights and were there for 10 minutes before booking another hotel. When we arrived the entrance was very untidy with dirty floors and stained walls. When we arrived in our room we found poo stains in the toilet and pee on the seat, brown stains on the wall next to the toilet and a dirty mouldy shower floor. The carpet was dirty and the walls were marked and had what looked like food spills. On the bed only the cover was tucked into the mattress, the sheets were not made, they were messy down the foot of the bed and hair on the pillow so obviously hadn't been made from the last guest. Found evidence of bedbugs and mattress is not as advertised. The room stank of urine and smoke and had a musty/mouldy smell to it probably from the mouldy air conditioning. In the short amount of time we were there we heard the people on our right arguing and a couple on the left engaging in adult activity, we also found 4 cockroaches within about 10 minutes. When we called service desk to make them aware of the issues and that we were cancelling our booking we were met with rudeness and no help, the next day we were charged with not just the $260 quoted when booking made but $285 with no explanation for the extra charges and now we can not get a hold of the hotel, we understand this is a budget hotel but there is health and safety regulations not being met!!!!!!!"

"Not worth it. The bed is so uncomfortable, the mattress is so thin you can feel the bed slates. The walls are also thin and can hear everyone. Plus the toilet keeps making a weird noise. Not much sleep for us tonight."
