Straightforward order of 40 sleepers, I was told by a curt receptionist that someone would ring me and hung up in the same breath. 3 days later I rang back to ask when someone would ring me and I was huffed at and put through to someone, left on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. I rang another supplier who was friendly and helpful and took my $1200 order for delivery in 2 days on the phone. Will not be going back here."
