"Normally wouldn’t complain about a wait time at a busy restaurant considering staff were lovely, but was unhappy to see my 15$ nacho fries were lacking protein and overall contents for the meal. Approx 20- 30 chips for the whole regular serve which is not standard for this location. On top of the over 20 minute wait time."

"Always feel safe and respected when ordering here with food allergies. It is my go to place at Greenhills, so I have eaten here regularly for a number of years due to ongoing positive experiences. I truly appreciate their willingness to always answer questions (and check for accuracy), change their gloves on request and take care to minimise risk of cross contamination as much as humanly possible. Eating out with allergies is always a risk, but I find they truly do take reasonable care. It is as safe as you can get for a non dedicated allergy free kitchen, which also means their food hygiene standards and awareness must be very good. Also as a person with disability I am treated with absolute dignity and respect. It is all the subtle things that make my experience here shine. Simply telling me my order number because I can’t read the receipt, making sure they wait a few seconds so I can be handed my order rather than have to search the counter. So five stars is conservative for a business that is maintaining good practice standards for dietary and disability inclusion, in a world that hasn’t quite caught up to their excellent version of normal practice. "Tried this for the first time tonight. The girl at the counter walked us through the ordering process and was fabulous. Unfortunately when I got my order it was wrong and had avocado on it which I specifically said no to. We returned it to the counter and they made up a replacement and brought it out. Well let me tell you the replacement was worse and instead of avocado this time there was HAIR IN MY BURRITO. I went back to the counter to return it and all I got was a do you want another replacement. I wasn't going for a third try so left very disappointed. Now I definitely wish I read the reviews before choosing this place as the hair issue definitely isn't a first."

"Would select 0 stars if I could. Placed an online order but order did not go through to the store. Manager said that even though the money was pending from our account and we had an order number there was nothing they could do and we would have to pay for more food. This was a $50 order. All we got was an email address for head office to email and fix it up ourselves and then my husband had to go to the back of the line to reorder. Then when we did get our food the order was wrong even those gh it had a slip on it and had a HAIR in it. It's now 4 days later and the money has been taken from our account so we are now $50 out of pocket for food we never received. Customer service was disgusting and have not heard from head office after 2 emails. Will never go to any of their restaurants ever again"
