"Despite the hype, this place falls short in many areas. The service provided was poor and unprofessional, obviously no hospitality training was provided; no water bottle or glasses on table, not enough cutlery or serviettes on table for the 6 of us, meals handed out across the front of other diners, no drinking glass provided with the can of soft drink, no ice available and no ice buckets for the wine. The food was a mixed bag. My saltimbocca was lovely but the salad was served on the same plate and was swimming in the sauce. The other meals were fine according to my friends. Lastly my friend slipped on a VERY wet floor which had just been mopped ( no warning/advice signage) and is seeking medical attention Stay away or be prepared to be disappointed."
"We rang late on Valentine's Night for a booking and they went out of there way to welcome us and provide us with a delicious meal, even though they were flatout! A good meal had by all. If you have limited mobility or a wheelchair, the toilet may be a challenge to get to."
"A great place, I sat in the outdoor section, which was well decorated and had a relaxed atmosphere. The two young women on tonight were most helpful, and the pasta Siciliana was both delicious and filling."
"Decent going portions of pasta but not the most fantastic. Good range of different pasta sauces and pasta to choose from. Salad was a disappointment as its drenched in dressing. Steak was also drenched in the sauce. Free BYO at this venue"
