"Pizza took 2 hours to arrive from time order was placed. I called the store multiple times to get a delivery estimate and every single time was told the driver is 10 minutes away. The manager on the phone was very rude, answering the phone saying it's coming and hanging up on me mid speaking. The 2nd last call I was told it would be another 10 minutes or they will refund the order. Another 10 minutes passed and the pizza still hadn't been delivered, so I called to request a refund and the manger hang up the phone as soon as I asked. The driver eventually arrived and was friendly and surprised by his managers behaviour on the phone. Seems like this manager is the issue, not his staff. Seems like they are taking orders even though they have extreme wait times and only have 1 driver for the whole area."

"Edit - This outlet has been closed now. nice Pizza, (specially when you get promo codes working). better than Domino's. usually go for pickup as promo codes work for pickup only. they got decent place for seating too. i feel staff is less, usually have seen same two faces. that doesnot bother me anyways but can be a problem for big orders. no pizza pics included"
