"I think a 3 is pretty fair. When I entered a staff member made a comment which I thought was rude and after having read some other reviews it seems that this is a reoccurring thing which is a shame but I understand that some people are just blunt by nature. That said I don't have to "look past" character traits at other establishments so you can take or leave that as you see fit. But after this I had some food and coffee, which I felt was good and the same staff member was OK. The other staff were very pleasant. I'm a big fan of soft seats as I tend to sit and work over a coffee or two but the only seats that are soft here are some not super clean looking couches. I don't think this should affect the rating but if you're like me and are looking for comfy seats to sit at for a while I'd say not this place."
