Welcome to The Australia-Colombia Dialogue, an independent and non-partisan institution dedicated to advancing the relationship between Australia and Colombia. Located in the heart of Dickson on Northbourne Avenue, our establishment serves as a point of interest for those interested in promoting engagement and increasing visibility of people-to-people connections between our two nations.

At The Australia-Colombia Dialogue, we believe that every event, project, and idea is an opportunity for leaders from both countries to reflect on our shared history and shape the future of our bilateral relations. With a focus on key sectors of the relationship, we strive to foster dialogue and collaboration between government, academia, and the private sector.

As the Inaugural Ambassador of Australia to Colombia said, "We have travelled the world of Australia-Colombia relations thanks to the quality of government, academia, and private sector representatives." Over the last decade, the bonds between our countries have strengthened significantly, and we are committed to doing even more in the future.

The Australia-Colombia Dialogue was the first 1.5 Track Diplomacy Dialogue held in over 44 years of established diplomatic relations between our two nations. The proceedings and outcomes report from the 2019 dialogue summarizes all the activities carried out by our organization with the support of implementation partners in both Australia and Colombia.

In addition to our events and projects, we also have The Australia-Colombia Dialogue Podcast, where Cesar Alvarez interviews influential figures from government, business, industry, academia, and more. Through these conversations, we explore the work, life, and everything that brings Australia and Colombia together.

The Australia-Colombia Dialogue Network is a platform that brings together emerging and experienced leaders, government representatives, entrepreneurs, academics, industry experts, journalists, artists, athletes, and others who share a passion for advancing Australia-Colombia relations. Our ideas, projects, and discussions contribute to shaping the future of our relationship.

We would like to acknowledge and pay respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land throughout Australia. We recognize their continuing connection to the lands, waters, culture, and communities and honor the Elders past and present. We also acknowledge the Ngunnawal, Ngunawal, and Ngambri peoples as the traditional custodians of the land in the Canberra region, where The Australia-Colombia Dialogue is based.
