"BUYER BEWARE! Great shop to buy costumes and accessories BUT as I found out to return a broken item and change of mind item unopened to exchange, this shops policies leave you at a loss! These items were a low cost accessory. To do so you have to fill out paperwork and wait on their decision. In saying this I feel for the great staff they have, to put up with the company's really bad policy on return items!"

"We got some Costumes ( me and two friends),but we were not allowed to take out the Accessories for the Costumes. We only have to fit the dresses on and when I got home I saw that my Corset's Suspender belt and in front of it,are Disintegrating!! I'll try to exchange it , but will do it on Friday. Hopefully the Salesperson will be able to do it for me."
