Welcome to YMCA OSHC - Craigmore South Primary School! Located at Craigmore, Turner Drive, 2 in Australia, our establishment is a leading provider of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services in South Australia.

At YMCA OSHC, we provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children before and after school, as well as during school holidays with our Vacation Care program. As a community-based not-for-profit institution, we are committed to delivering high-quality OSHC programming and ensuring an enjoyable experience for students.

Our team of experienced and passionate Educators, led by the OSHC Director, create an environment that challenges, stimulates, and supports each child on an individual level. We believe in the right mix of physical activity, intellectual stimulation, and rest to keep kids engaged and excited to come back.

Booking with us is easy and convenient. You can complete your bookings online, through our mobile App, or over the phone. Our friendly OSHC Support Team is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, to assist you with any inquiries or support you may need.

We take pride in offering the best Vacation Care program in South Australia. Our programs are designed to encourage children to participate in a variety of fun and exciting activities, including art, craft, cooking, sports, dance, drama, and even exciting excursions to different destinations.

When it comes to food, we prioritize sourcing locally. We partner with markets and local food co-ops to provide healthy and nutritious breakfasts, snacks, and afternoon tea for our students.

To manage our OSHC services efficiently, we use the best available childcare software solution called Xplor. With the Xplor Home App, parents can easily manage day-to-day OSHC management, make bookings, and stay connected with our institution.

Before making any OSHC or Vacation Care bookings, you will need to enroll into our OSHC service. The enrollment process is simple and can be completed in just three easy steps.

Please note that all fees are paid via direct debit, and a direct debit authorization must be completed before using our services. Payments can be made through a bank account or credit card, with a 1.70% surcharge applied for credit card payments.

We have a few policies in place to ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all. A $3 casual surcharge is applied for before/after school care bookings made within 48 hours of care being provided, as well as for Vacation Care bookings made within 1 week of the school holidays.

In cases where a child fails to turn up at a meeting point, a $10 non-notification fee will be charged, as it becomes the responsibility of our staff to locate the child.

For cancellations, we have specific policies in place. Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to care for Before/After School Care bookings will receive a full refund, while cancellations received within 48 hours will be charged the full fee. For Vacation Care bookings, cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the requested care date will receive a full refund, while cancellations within 2 weeks will be charged the full fee. However, no fees will be charged if a medical certificate is provided to oshc@ymcasa.org.au no later than 5 business days from the date of missed service.
