"Had an OME lift kit installed 2 years ago on a jimny, good performance but a dampener fell off on the weekend, definitely get their work looked at before the warranty period (1yr) expires because you're on your own otherwise!"

"Shocking staff knowledge, I was in this branch the other week and witnessed the worst case of customer warranty care/service possible, the man in question had an issue with his OME suspension failing within the warranty period, the unknowledgeable Canberra staff had no understanding of the OME suspension in question for the poor man and to have been a witness to the dreadful customer experience this man was subjected too was appalling, I will never engage them in anyway for any product information, Good brand but the staff in Canberra are useless and are lacking in product knowledge, Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, buyer beware"
"Booked my ute to get a canopy last Monday they rang me saying they had no fixing they will get back asap I had to ring back Friday yes it's booked in next Monday their boss said he would discount the price that didn't happen won't be going back. They don't care about the customer."
