"I cannot fault Horizon Leisure, Mount Barker. From start to finish, their customer service was unbeatable. I have never experienced anything like it! They went above and beyond to ensure we got the correct wood heater for our 1890 built home in Oakbank. We had to put a rush on installation and they were more than accomodating to ensure we got it in time. We decided that we didn’t want to go with a dark coloured hearth and they didn’t have any options available in store. I looked into it myself and a quote came back at over $1,200 for just the hearth, I phoned Horizon Leisure and told them my issue and they were right on it, did the research for me and managed to get EXACTLY what we envisioned at less than half the cost. I’m so grateful to the team in store and the installers of our wood heater and we now have a beautiful cosy home all ready for our newborns impending arrival. THANK YOU!!!!"

"We used Horizon Leisure for the purchase and installation of a slow burning wood heater at our Ashton property. Their communication was very good. The installers arrived on time and did a great job - even getting an additional part delivered from their Mt Barker store to ensure the final job looked professional. A month into winter and the fire is working tremendously well. Not sure they are the cheapest around, but if you want a fair price and good quality workmanship we soundly recommend Horizon Leisure."
