"I have been to this practice for myself and my two children and each time have had a terrible experience with the receptionists not knowing how to use their technology. I sometimes need to lodge my own Medicare claims because their machine “doesn’t work” and there is a line to wait for the receptionists to figure something out with no acknowledgement while you wait. The three stars are for the doctor we see who is very thorough with blood tests and tuned in emotionally etc."

"My friend went back to get test results, she was in there 2 minutes and walked back out and still had to pay full price which was $90, with the cost of living crisis currently you would have better expectations from doctors and at any other doctors that is a bulk billed appointment. Extremely disappointed with this service!"

"I had got an oppertunity to visit medical centre two times and both times I had bad experience. Tried both the doctors and found both of them seems inexperience. I would never recmond the medical centre unless it is the last option to go in Australia. its worth to travel 6 Km and go to Jerra or Qbn than spoiling your day and compromising quailty of service."

"Not really happy with them. Had appointment time an 2:30 and just one person in queue still waited for half an hour!! with 15 monts old. I reached 5 minutes before my appointment time and been there before so it shouldn't take this much of waiting time specially with toddler as kids gets cranky and upset when wait for half an hour. People came after me were being attended and going out. Seriously if appointment time is at 2:30 then respect our time not 3 PM. Of course if you made a 15 months old wait more that half an hour and when he is sick, he is not going to be super happy when you treat him. Doctor was ok ok not really helpful in that case. Improve your services please!!"
