"Have waited some time to post this. Our building was damaged in a storm and required extensive repairs. BayBuilding initially appointment Michael to oversee the project who was very thorough and kept us informed. Then for unknown reasons Andrew Latta took over and the project fella apart. trades not organised. Trades not given correct information or details of the project. Trades abused on site (in front of us). Work was eventually completed however we had to bypass our project manager as no trades would speak with him or discuss with him. Im not certain if he remains with the company."
"Appalling. Unable to manage a case. Bay Building were contracted to replace our roof approximately three years ago. The repairs they oversaw resulted in damage to our house. Despite taking ownership of the damage, Bay Building have been the least reliable, and least effective company I have ever dealt with. Now, despite numerous emails, phone calls, on-site meetings and several years (!!!), we are still waiting for the promised repairs. Bay Building have been nothing but a waste of time and effort for me. Their MO seems to be to just do nothing. I recommend anyone dealing with them look for an alternate option. If this ever gets resolved, I will never be dealing with them again. Looking at the reviews here, it seems I'm not the only one who has had this experience. If only zero stars was an option..."
