"Poor customer service! I have purchased few items from this store 3 weeks ago. It was a gift for my mother but unfortunately it did not fit her and i came in again to return some clothes and exchange the remaining. The staff, Nat do not want to do the exchange and return. I was told to go to another store with a very sour face! Looking back to the day i purchased those items, it was the same staff who served me at the counter but never made an eye contact until she asked if i am paying by card. I will never return to shop here just because of this rude customer service but i had to go back there again last Saturday to get an exchange and refund before mothers day and the lovely girl there helped me and infact i ended up buying more for myself. This store do have a mix of good and bad staff and definitely the younger staffs are very friendly and approached me the moment i walked into the store unlike the staff which stood behind the counter and refused to exchange or return any of my items."

"I have visited this store several times but lately I have been receiving exceptional service from this particular team member. The salesperson’s name is Karolin according to the receipt. She Ed an excellent salesperson who really take care of her customers and never sighs to my questions. I visited DFO portmans again last week and only went in to get a cardigan to go over my dress to attend an evening wedding. She did suggest a better way to style them with scarf instead, I am so happy with her styling techniques which helped me to look younger ans stylish. I must say that I ended up buying more than what I initially planned but I am happier than shopping in other store as I am styled by a professional and I have also been complemented by my husband and friends. I will definitely go back to DFO portmans and shop again with Karolin. I must say that she runs around to keep the store tidy and approach everyone with a smile, the company is lucky to have a lovely staff like her."

"This is my first time visiting this shop at Canberra Factory Outlet, love the experience, and I’m sure I’ll be coming back. The shop was busy but worth it. I got the best bargain ever e.g. $20 turtle neck merino shirt, which I desperately need to replace my old one. They have heaps of clothes options with relatively complete sizes, and they have very helpful staff members. According to my receipt, the staff who looked after me in the shop is Karolin. That person definitely knows what she’s doing and has great customer service skills. ❤️"
