"Called the Embassy this morning, concerning our visa applications and the extremely professional young representative had our issue resolved within an hour"
"Range and spoke to a lovely lady name Vira re getting visa ahead of travel dates as we didn’t want to do it at the border. She’s very friendly and professional. I still think we should have e-visa online is more efficient."
"They never answer their phone, respond to emails and despite the chat bot saying they are online, that is also never answered. So basically it is impossible to contact them. I need to know if their eVisa is acceptable for Cruise Ship arrivals as their website doesn't say whether "visa on arrival" is valid for Sea Port entry. Hopeless.."
"Absolutely useless. Tried to validate drivers licence and basically charged money to do it via cheque and still they hand wrote the letter and details were wrong and basically seevice nsw would not accept it at all. Never use them if you dont have to as a useless bunch."
"There is little need for non-Cambodians to use this embassy as Cambodia offers visas on arrival for both tourism and business purposes to nationals of most countries in the world including Australia. Some border crossings might try to overcharge you, so if you're already in Canberra, have never traveled to Cambodia before and worried about this you might make use of this embassy but otherwise you'll spend far more getting here than the US$5-10 you might have to pay extra when arriving overland from Thailand or Vietnam. Visas issued here may also cost you more than the official US$ price so you're not really going to save any money at all."
