"Am a regular here, staff are friendly and prices as expected for a convenience store. Convenient placement near bus stops. Opening hours are a big plus."
"Great customer service."
"I wouldnt even give one star if I can. Went to the connivence store to top up myway. Staff was help and I want to use Alipay function which was clearly shows on the POS Machine. I click the Alipay function on the machine and Staff keep click return to main button and asked me to use the card for payment. However, I wasnt going to do any fraud and he made me looks like Im doing fraud on his vending machine. He told me they only accept card. I told him the function is shows on the machine Im going to pay anyway and it will shows approved on the pos machine. But now they made me looks like Im not paying and play trick. I mean, they really need to train their staff properly. I will never ever go back to this store. Staff was very rude and asked me to leave the store without reason."
"It's good. There's a man who has been working there for years. Always nice and hardworking. When I worked in the city about 2015, 2016, he was working before and after my shifts. He even worked nights. Think I seen him still working last night, staff there have always been nice enough."
"This occured at 10:44am today. I had just finished an overnight shift at work, and went in to recharge my MyWay card. I had previously gone into a NewsXpress earlier in the week and topped up with some coins to the tune of about $3, just to get home, and this time went into Supa24, with $2. When I was told it was a $5 minimum, I asked again if that was correct to which I had told her I had paid less elsewhere and asked if it was a store thing. She then demanded to know where this had occured and that she'd "give me $100" if I went down there and proved it! I was then called a liar, was told that I was "stupid in the head" and was given no option to pay the minimum $5 which I would have been happy to do so. I proceeded to point out that this was rude and bad customer service and promptly walked out. I returned shortly, in a polite manner to request her name as I wished to contact the manager and advise them that they had an employee brandishing this kind of behavior. Instead she told me that I was "harrassing" her, that I would be "banned" and the police would be called. She then demanded my details to give to the police! At this point, so I didn't miss my bus, I left, and as I was going in, I complained to a co-worker walking in who witnessed me leaving cordially, all the while the girl behind the desk kept screaming nonsense about harassment, the police and me being banned from the store. All over a MyWay TopUp. I don't expect the owner to respond to me on here, but surely this isn't acceptable! UPDATE: Some clarification on the basis of the owner's response.. a) I did not continue to argue, nor make patrons wait. There was no patrons in store, besides an old man who was looking at papers. If the owner looked at the CCTV footage, they would know this. b) I couldn't care less about the MyWay - this review is about the appalling actions of YOUR staff. c) My tiredness levels have NOTHING to do with this. I didn't abuse your staff so WHY would I post an open google review if I had? I just want you to keep your staff accountable. The way I was treated was disgusting, and based on your reviews it's a constant trend."
