"Bad customer service here. The tall girl wears a hijab (crooked nose) working from morning to afternoon during the week.. she cares less about customer service. kept on playing with mobile and have no manners how to treat the customers. Lazy and rude. Staff here needs a proper training unfortunately.. but who cares I guess did not even bother saying Thank you in the end.. just a silence and stare back. If you are not happy working here then don’t work.. there so many jobless people out there will happily work with a nice smile on them. Australia needs positive people at work then dull and rude some"

"Teach your staff manager some manners. Sometimes customers may question why they were not issued a proper invoice due to prepay but that doesn't give your staff the rights to raise their tone and get ugly. I don't care if they're having a bad day."

"No happy endings, just an expensive tank full of fuel. When i come here the place can be very packed. I bought my coffee and slurps. I came at 4pm friday. The coffee area was a bit dirty. But can see why if the place is so busy. Google maps directions isnt correct and they need to change the lines on road when leaving so drivings can turn right"
