"Very disappointed. I paid my deposit on 27/10/22 for a custom made kitchen bench. I was told approx. 4 weeks to production. Those 4 weeks turned into 3.5 months, with installation completed on 10/02/23. See attached pics - there is daylight visible between the waterfall end; a very blonde filler piece the length of the breakfast bar since their measurements were off; and another filler piece behind the kitchen sink which runs the full length of the kitchen window. I had expected this bench would be custom measured & made with proper joinery - it is not. Filler pieces are glued & filled with wood putty. I’ve paid $4,400 for this bench, with a further $500 still outstanding for the (unsatisfactory) installation."

"I placed a order on a Tuesday for delivery on Friday. I got no phone call that week as I was expecting/told i would get in regards to the order I had placed. Chased it up on Tuesday the following week an I was informed that they had not cut my order yet and it will be at least 3 more days till delivery. I would not of minded waiting if I was told up front when I could expect my order. A phone call telling me that it would be longer then expected would have sufficed. I ended up canceling my order with them and took my business elsewhere."
