"Very doggy place, I went to get my passport renewed for $308. The gentleman took my cash. I gave him 3 fifties and 10 twenties, it should be $350 and he still wants $10 more from me and then gave me $2 change. When I realized the money was wrong, he already put the money away. You lost my trust forever doggy people."

"Went to renew my passport, after a lot of stuffing about to print the prefilled application, and: 1) Got asked if I wanted to "fix my hair" in a way I took as there was something wrong with my appearance 2) When I started signing my form, the staff member stopped me mid signature as it went slightly out of the box in a way that wouldnt materially affect it I said I dont care if its slightly clipped. They made me do a blank form I signed again, same issue, smaller New form I was flustered, and then made a third mistake with another form. I then abandoned the process, having to argue to get my expired passport back, as they didnt want to lose the fee. I drove to Campbelltown, who asked me who did the photos / they seemed lower quality than they expected; and who expressed curiosity/surprise - the signature going outside of the box was a non issue, in their opinion."
