"If I could give 0 stars I would. 0 Stars for costumer service. My mum went there to exchange something and brought those in a bag. 5 minutes into her time at the shop she had realised she lost that bag. When she asked the sales people for help looking for it they rudely remarked how it wasn't their fault and they weren't all at sympathetic towards her situation. Get some nicer staff please."

"The other day I came in to buy my SO a gift and instantly I was warmly welcomed by Ollie, who went out of his way to help me find the right size (from out back) and assisted me greatly in my shopping experience. And Ashley was also absolutely wonderful, and helped me choose the right top. We all had a lovely chat and honestly their customer service alone is enough to make me want to come back every day. They are so kind and gorgeous, great staff. So to their bosses - well done for choosing such beautiful people to work in your store."
"Terrible customer service. Got a top for Christmas present no receipt of course all I wanted was to get a bigger size. Guy was so rude trying to make me a lier and the manager was terrible. I corrected the staff member and she said if I’m going to talk like that she would kick me out. I am absolutely disgusted in tbe Canberra city store. They need to be retrained in customer service."
