"I have worked in 4 Government Departments as an APS and the Army in uniform. Thus I've eaten in my fair share of cafes and mess buildings housed in Govt buildings. Blackstone Cafe by far produces the best quality and variety of food when judged against its peers by me over a 30 year career. On top of that the staff are cheerful and attentive."
