"If you break a Samsung phone, I highly recommend Tecwork in the city! Super friendly and super quick! They had to order in my flip 4 parts, and they still managed to get it all done within 2 days! Was ordered tues morning, thurs afternoon got a text saying my phone was ready to pick up! They were able to keep all of my data on the phone and kept all of my stickers on the outside as well. Also put on a new screen cover for me ♡"

"Popped in to get my charger port cleaned, knowing that was the exact problem. Insisted they would have to charge me 80+ dollars and do a complete service including wiping the phone as it was out of warranty. I walked away, went home and cleaned the charger port (that I insisted was the issue, but they wanted to do a full diagnostic to be sure) out with a dental pick. Problem solved."
"After reading average reviews, I was hesitant to contact them. I'm glad that I did because they fixed my Galaxy 4 watch promptly. The workshop was organised and clean - I could see it through the counter area door. These technicians are excellent representatives of the Samsung products that I love and I will return in future if I ever need to repair screens etc."
"Already closed at 3:50 pm on Saturday. Knocked and waited for 10 mins , no response. Had to drive 45 mins to this centre and 45 back home. Dissatisfaction at the max. Called 2 hrs early to arrival, no response or call back. I can't reply to your response. So I have to write it here. I do understand you might have to shoot off early but you should have put that in writing on door or updated your opening hours. If I knew the store is going to be closed, I would have made my 40 km trip to some other store. In addition, I expected my query to be resolved in 5 mins as I just wanted to know if my phone was able to be diagnosed for issues at this store. Answer would have been a yes or no. So instead of telling me what to do, please be prepared for better customer service. I know you must be a contractor for Samsung and not primary owner. As I know how Samsung treats their customers. I have been with Samsung for over 20 years now. Thanks."
