"Very very very Rude behavior, don't even know how to talk to their customer. Opening Time is mentioned 8:30 and i reach there by 8:55 and the lady misbehaved me like I am kind of rubbish!!!! Didn't experience this type of behaviour from anyone before. My whole day were spoiled just because of their bad behaviour. Should stay at home rather working in a well known company."
"This is the most incompetent group of people working behind a counter. No one knew how to print something so I had to wait while the lady I was waiting for kept serving other people. Then she tried to lie and tell me the document hadn't been received. Then tried to say the settings on my phone were stopping them from being able to print. Have staff that can do their job. Every time I come here there is someone waiting and annoyed because of the incompetent staff."
"one of the staff with the scarf on her head was not friendly at all. was waiting for her to finish chatting with other staff before she finally attended to me. no greeting, no "sorry for the wait". she scanned my items, threw them to another desk. very rough to my stuff. and once done she only said one word "done". what is going on with customer service these days? no body is genuily liking serving customer. no one is friendly anymore."
