Approached Clarity Home Loans when exploring the world of home purchasing. Jared Parsons was assigned to us and set our mind at ease from go. We have tiptoed around buying because we are not very confident in making large purchases. Jared talked us through the expectations from the lender, the builder (for OTP home), and us. He also talked us through our limitations and never overreached. It feels like Jared was available to us 24/7, and would answer our most random questions with a smile. He even helped me through an ID issue that I was able to resolve through his suggestions. Obviously, there is an expected cut from the mortgage provider but this is laid out in black and white. For all the unknowns that Jared was able to answer and the guesswork he was able to take out of home buying, Clarity deserves that cut.
