"The team here at Oporto in the hyper dome, are young and rude we purchased 2 drinks then we went back and asked for a couple of straws, they told my son that he needed to pay $4.50 for a couple of straws absolutely ridiculous, we are down here for a family trip from QLD and have never ever heard of a take away place demanding a payment for straws after purchasing a drink, to top it off they were giggling together when my son walked away in shock. Poor customer service and absolutely disgusting attitude."
