However, their arrival at Port Misery, South Australia was far from what they had envisioned. A dark swamp surrounded by lawlessness and vice greeted them, and it was in this moment that they aptly named this place 'Hopes End'.

Amidst the challenges, the doctor had an extraordinary idea – to create a different kind of tonic, an Australian Red Blend wine.
