"Worst customer service. I waited 5 minutes for someone to serve me. The line behind me had 5 people waiting to pay. There was a lady making coffees, she ignored me and was complaining to a cusomter about the other staff members saying how useless they were. When a guy finally served me he didn't even acknowledge me or apologize for keeping us waiting he was too busy yelling the F-word at another staff member. Absolutely disgusting customer service!"

"The worst customer service I’ve ever had. If there was a zero star option I would be choosing that. I waited in front of the donut counter to buy some donuts while the two staffs (one named Sandy) chatted in front of the register and completely ignored my existent. I walked past them to get to the donut counter with my son and there wasn’t anyone else in the store, they knew I was there but didn’t want to serve me. Sandy kept serving other customers that came in after me and I had to call out to get his attention. He raised his hand and said ‘Come here.’ As if he was calling a dog. I told him I would like to buy some donuts then he ignored me again and served the next customer. Sandy eventually walked over to the donut counter because a customer has ordered some, then he asked me what I want. I expressed my disappointment of his service and he said it would be “a common sense’ to come to the register instead of waiting in front of the counter and told me to ‘stop arguing’. I have not seen such a rude and disrespectful person doing customer service in my life. I have been working in retail and hospitality myself and this was clearly not how anyone should be treated. The shop was empty, Sandy was standing there chatting to another staff member and he would have to walk over to the donut counter to pack donuts anyways. In no way I was causing him any inconvenience. He has terrible attitude and no manner at all and has no right to treat any customer like that. It was very unfortunate to have him as your customer service representative, the culture was poor. I would not visit again."

"Worst service and unskilled staff member! Bought a krispy kreme donuts assorted pack, and the staff messed up all toppings on all iced strawberry donuts coming up with an excuse saying “the strawberry one always gets messed up it’s normal” I mean I am not buying krispy kreme for the first time..totally disappointing. The donuts were meant to be a gift for my close one and well done I cannot gift them now."
