"I’m extremely disappointed to have had my hair length shortened when I asked for it to not be. Subsequently my hair cut looks like that of an aged housewife. I never asked for this and I’m actually crying because I’m so embarrassed about how I look. Hairdressers need to listen to clients because clients then have to deal with the result. I’m uncomfortable now. Which is totally unfair. I was also GROWING my hair and I told the hair dresser. She still removed length = to months of growth. And worse I paid $120 to have my hair butchered and uneven."
