"today went to help my friend who's on wheelchair to renew a passport, the non professinal Asian man with glasses rejected to give a form and asked to go get the form and come back! he saw the man was tired and on wheelchair, no consideration at all! he wasted two peopls time as well"
"They rejected my passport photos few times even though guidelines were followed correctly, the Chinese sale staff acting like as an expert photographer and telling me that my photo is a year old even it is only 2 months old, then another excuses saying my pictures has wrinkles even it is smooth and no blemishes (Believe me, I am a photographer). I guess already that she is trying to make a business, she want me to take a photo with their camera. Sent to Belconnen Post Office and everything fine. Money maker but Poor customer service , never deal with this shop again."
