"The rooms and bed are good, but lacking some modern amenities like mobile device charging ports. However, the hotel's service disappoints in the following areas: Coffee Quality: in my opinion and that of other guests, the coffee from the bar's espresso machine was terrible. It may not be illegal to serve coffee this bad but it is certainly immoral. Needs better beans (not from supermarket), staff retraining, new/serviced machine and grinder. Ordering Process: Why use paper dockets which the customer has to fill out for coffee orders in this day and age? The map of table numbers which I am supposed to use is like reading a maze. Table service should be provided. Dining Utensils: there was a consistent lack of proper sized cutely served in the main dining area. Desert size cutlery should only be for desert. Dining Options: The two-course dinner is too small and is inadequate. It's like everyone gets the same regardless of their needs. Healthy snack options need to be served on the side."
"Great spot to stay, tucked away out of town a bit, so really need a car, or a decent walk anywhere. But no reason to leave. Had a conference here, good food, conference rooms were good. Room were great. Beautiful views everywhere"
"I didn't stay this time but have in the past ..highly recommend this stunning resort.. It's a lovely place to stay in the Barossa Valley. There is so much to do or just relax by the pool ..eat in a restaurant, take a walk, or play golf. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views . The endota spa is also located downstairs. Which I attended on this day. It you are looking for an escape from your busy lifestyle, this is the to be. ☺️"
"Rooms are spacious. Great place to get away with loads of space to walk around. There isn't much around, so having a car is advantageous. Overall, staff were great. Highlight staff member of our trip was Michelle from housekeeping who went above and beyond - thank you. Restaurant was good too and the fireplace adds atmosphere."
"About an hour's drive from Adelaide airport, so I'd recommend hiring a car. There's not much around, so if you want to do some shopping or visit some wineries, you'd need a car to get there from the hotel. There's plenty of parking available at the hotel at no cost. All of he rooms are set up so that you enter and leave your room from outside and you walk a short distance to the main hotel where the restaurant is, which is where they serve breakfast. If you're going in autumn/winter, bring a warm coat because it's FREEZING outside! There is a dedicated kids indoor play area which is right next to the outdoor pool. The restaurant has delicious food, and the staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and there's a lovely private little outdoor patio where you can sit with your coffee and admire the view."
