"Dentist was really good but reception told me I was able to use my DVA card when booking the appointment. After appointment they told me it was all good and submitted it to DVA. Then at my follow up appointment the following week ( 3 business days later) DVA hadn't done the payment and forced me to pay because they wanted the payment when it's meant to be brought up to DVA as I also provided then with the contact details which they clearly didn't call. Even though the dentist was really good, it was a disappointment. Next time just say no."
