"Unable to get the part needed for my Holden for over 6 weeks, even though under warranty. Unable to provide any support for a loan car. Has put my family in a very problematic situation. Guys are kind to speak with, but unfortunately Holden Australia let them down."
"Stay away from this place. The experience of giving the vehicle here for service was disappointing. They don’t do anything on your car, despite the top dollar they charge. When you give a car for service , you expect them to check for all parameters. Most service centres have a check list which they follow during each service . The Hillcrest service centre returned my car without any work done on it, except the engine oil change. There are quite a few good workshops around Klemzig which will service your car thoroughly with half the price what city Holden Hillcrest charges. You will be better off giving these folk a miss. Don’t get ripped off by them."
"I would recommend checking over your car for any parts they forgot to put back when you pick your car up. I had to come back another time to have it fixed. I wouldn't have minded so much if they at least did me a good price on the high pressure AC hose it needed as a bit of a 'sorry for wasting your time' but they wouldn't even do that - $80 cheaper to get it done by a mobile mechanic who will come to my home. Very disappointed to have paid stealership prices only for them to forget to put everything back together properly. One thing to their credit though is the 2 year warranty on repairs. My problem came back after a few weeks, but they fixed it with a minimum of fuss."
