"Dealing with Nexus was one of the most unfortunate experiences of my life. An agent said "ppl with mental health issues are lazy and dont really want to work", in over 5 years they only helped me get 1 job parking cars and lied to centrelink saying that I had attended a face to face appointment (which I had not) and agreed to a jobplan I had never seen that required an unemployed person to work a minimum of 15 hours a week which got me in trouble witj centrelink. Best thing I did was to leave, avoid this company at all costs."
"Absolutely useless. Have been in this program for nearly a year and still have no job. I've been told of plenty of jobs that my job search assistant has put an application in for me, but after two weeks I never hear about them again. My weekly meetings are actually tri-weekly, and they consist of "hi, how's the job search going?" "Still looking" "oh well, see you next week" Utterly. Useless. Don't even bother, it's a waste of time."
