"This store has so much stock it's almost ridiculous, you're guaranteed to find something you like though, that's for sure and at a great price. I've got heaps of clothes from Johnny Bigg, all great quality and good fit. The staff are always friendly and helpful too."

"Recent experiences were about average, go in buy clothes, however due to the nature of a disability, I am unable to try on pants, so I bought 2 sizes up by mistake (Pants rack was a nightmare and couldn't find what I wanted so I asked the sales rep), had worn one and went to refund the other. However upon doing so, it was completely filthy and missing tags, (what I should have done when purchased was check them instead of just taking the service reps word on it), they hadn't even been removed from the bag after purchase. Double check then triple check anything you buy and make sure the tags are definitely attached. Something is just not right with that store. Spending hundreds and being shafted isn't the best experience. Won't be returning"

"I was hoping this store would be a good replacement for menswear big and tall that shutdown recently. But it's not, it feels like a waste of time having gone out there since the store was a mess. There was no logic to the layout, the jeans in the store were spread out all over the place. There was a stack of jeans in one of the shelves and they seemed to be all either size 38 or all 60+. As someone who was after a 42 they had nothing that would fit me. The clothing didn't appear to be in any particular order. Different stacks of clothing were piled ontop of each other and they were all different styles/sizes so you have to go through every single piece. There's also nothing on the outside to show what size it is besides some of the shirts have a size tag on the coat hanger which never actually matches the piece of clothing. In terms of service I had someone ask how I was and as soon as I said good she turned and walked away before I could ask a question. While the store had a good 10 customers in there the 2 ladies behind the counter were arguing about something to do with diet. I've used Johnny Biggs online store before and it's always been a good experience there. If you're a larger person I would recommend shopping there rather than wasting your time heading out to Fyshwick for this store."

"Being a regular customer of Johnny Bigg it was disappointing to walk into this store to see the two sales assistant, who worked on Sunday 12th Jan, sitting on their backsides on their phones. We came into this store to exchange some very large jeans that were brought for a Xmas present. We could not exchange these jeans, despite having a computer record of my purchase (which was not checked). I understand refund policy, where the original tag is required, but this was merely an exchange to a smaller size. How come a tag needs to present? It would be appreciated if a manager contacted us to explain the exchange policy."
