"My headlights were not working. Took it in and had the repairs done in the same day. Didn't think would get in because there was no booking. Didn’t have issues. They got me in straight away. They even checked the other lights and found that the right brake light bulb was busted and replaced straightaway. Very efficient and very happy with the service. Highly recommend!"

"Tldr; they can't put oil caps on. Last service was terrible and won't go back again. I had been taking my car here for years and always had a great experience but it seems they've changed hands. I took my car in for the 160k service. I paid for the service and they quoted me for extra repairs and replacements, which was fine. After I drove away the exhaust was spewing out black smoke and it smelled terrible. My in-laws drove it to and from Vic and on the way back they noticed black smoke coming from the bonnet. It was also driving really rough. When it was cool enough to check, they realised the oil cap was missing and the dipstick showed it was bone dry. I called and they couldnt find it so we ended up having to buy a replacement cap and fill it up just to drive it safely back to the mechanic. They did the repairs and gave a discount to reimburse our costs, which was fine. As I was paying, old mate reminded me to leave a Google review, which seemed a bit silly given my experience but anyway. As I got into the car I was hit in the face with a horrible smell. When I got home I checked the boot and lo and behold they had thrown the half full replacement oil we'd bought in without the cap on. It had spilled all over the boot and took days to clean. Even now it still smells, which makes driving pretty unpleasant for me and my toddler. So here's your google review, as requested."

"I needed one of my tyres looked at, it had a slow leak and I couldn't see if it need a new tyre or just a repairable puncture. I live close by mycar at Deakin so booked it in there, turns out it was repairable so it was repaired, a delightful piece of news for me when I came to collect it. Point being, I would not have known either way, I was super happy at the difference in the cost. Shop front was clean and comfortable, communication was excellent and special mention to Nick and Geoff, both of whom went out of their way to see that my car was looked after and everything carefully explained to me.
